equipment. They are the men and
women who serve the customer, manufacture the goods or provide the service to
the customer that earns the good name and the income to operate the company.
The
most important person in the company is the one who serves the customer; the
next most important person is the one who helps the person who serves the
customer. Management, Sales and
Marketing, Accounting, Manufacturing and all the other support organizations are
necessary functions in a successful company but if the customer is not satisfied
with the product or services, it ceases to exist.
